If you combined Marshall Tucker, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Waylon Jennings and Johnny Cash in a bowl, added a little Eric Church and Zac Brown, mixed it and baked it with a modern hippie vibe, you would produce 90 Proof Twang.
90 Proof Twang is a Southern Rock/Country Music band from Cincinnati, Ohio that formed in 2012. 90 Proof Twang Released their first ep “Six Pack” May 29, 2014. You can hear “Baby, I got This” from the new cd on the 99.3 Country Aurora, Ind., WAIF Cincinnati 88.3, Country 103 Gladwin, Michigan and Classic X Radio.com. They have been award "Best Country Band" by City Beat Magazine in 2015, 2017 and 2018. 90 Proof Twang have shared stages with acts such as Blackberry Smoke, Craig Morgan, Chris Jansen, Jackyl, The Steel Woods and more.
The band, led by front man, Josh Brock, has created a following in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana tri-state area and has been recruited to work with country music mainstays Dave Gibson (singer/songwriter Gibson Miller Band) and Del Gray and Porter Howell (Little Texas). Singer, Josh Brock, released an acoustic album in the spring of 2013 with guitarist Dave Cornett. 90 Proof Twang Released their first ep “Six Pack” May 29, 2014. In 2018 the band released a brand new self produced single entitled "Ready To Roll".
